Maximin Grünhaus Pinot Rosé Sekt Brut

A brilliant sparking cuvée of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc from a legendary Ruwer estate.

This sparkling wine is made from Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir fruit harvested in the Grünhäuser Monopole vineyards that is bursting with the typical minerality that reflects this site’s unique terroir. Produced using the classic “méthode champenoise,” it rested and matured on the lees for 42 months followed by hand riddling and disgorgement. On the nose, this wine has a wonderful fruity aroma of red berries and yellow pear. A subtle yeast and smoky aroma with roasted nuts and herb give it an expressive character. The acidity is perfectly softened and leaves an elegant, playful spiciness on the palate.
